Welcome to University of Minnesota Physicians (UMPhysicians). It is our policy that all providers (physicians and allied professionals) complete all necessary departmental, Human Resource and Credentialing paperwork, where applicable. If you have any questions regarding the hiring process within the department, please direct those questions to the department in which you will be employed.
