The Weight Loss Surgery Center is located on the East Bank of the University of Minnesota Campus. Our surgery clinic is on the first floor of the Phillips-Wangensteen Building in Clinic 1E.

We request that you visit the Patient Information section of this site and view the indicated documents. If you are unable to view or print this material, please ask one of our staff members to have the packet mailed to you. This packet contains valuable information about surgery and our surgical weight loss program, as well as important forms that must be completed and brought to our office on the day of your first visit.
