Clinic Overview


The Comprehensive Epilepsy Center at the University of Minnesota provides superior, multidisciplinary care for epilepsy and seizure disorders. The Comprehensive Epilepsy Center is the product of a partnership of UM Physicians, Fairview Healthcare, and the Academic Health Center of the University of Minnesota.

Our expert team of neurologists, neurosurgeons, neuropsychologists, neuropharmacologists, neuroradiologists, psychiatrists, epilepsy nurses, speech therapists and social workers, is dedicated to providing the best possible diagnosis and treatment for patients with epilepsy and seizure disorders.

The main locations where we provide epilepsy care are at the Neurology Epilepsy Clinic on the University campus, at the MINCEP Clinic in St Louis Park, in the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit of the University of Minnesota Medical Center (UMMC, Fairview), and in the Masonic Children’s Hospital.
