The Delaware Street Clinic at University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview provides world-class care from physicians who are also leaders in infectious disease research. Our team of specialty-trained physicians, nurses, social workers and a designated pharmacist work diligently to help you manage your disease.

On-site Pharmacist:

Managing your health becomes more difficult if you are taking more than one type of medicine. Medication Therapy Manangement (MTM) helps you get the most from your medicines. Our specialty trained HIV pharmacist works closely with you and your doctors to solve any problems related to your medicines and to help you get the best results from taking them. Our HIV MTM pharmacist will help make sure that:

• You are taking the right amount of medicine
• Your medicines are not interacting with each other
• You are taking only the medicines you need
• Any vitamins, supplements and over-the-counter drugs you are taking are safe and effective
• You are spending no more than you need on medications

On-site Pharmacy:

In addition to having a pharmacist on staff, we are located just a few floors above an on-site pharmacy. Services include same-day delivery (for a nominal fee) within  5 mile area, free mail order service and special orders. Refills are just a call or click away, 24 hours a day, mailed to you for FREE!. Orientation Visits:

Choosing a clinic and physician to help manage your disease is an important decision. That's why we offer free non-obligatory meetings with a social worker who can help you learn more about the clinic and the team that would provide you with care and guidance. Family and Pregnancy HIV Program

The family and pregnancy program offers the same benefits as  our adult program with special consideration for families (adults and children) living with HIV. Patients can see adult and pediatric physicians in the same visit, simplifying scheduling, travel, ect. Additionally to decrease HIV transmission to babies during pregnancy and delivery.
