As employees of University of Minnesota Physicians, we act in accordance with the set of guiding principles laid out in our Code of Conduct. While it is not intended to document all of our policies and procedures, it does set clear written expectations for behavior for everyone associated with University of Minnesota Physicians: employees, divisions, subsidiaries, operating units, contractors, vendors and suppliers. We expect anyone who works for University of Minnesota Physicians (UMPhysicians) to abide by this Code of Conduct.
