Pulmonary hypertension (PH), high blood pressure in the lungs, is a disease that damages the arteries of the lungs. A complex and chronic illness, PH is difficult to diagnose and relatively rare.

Our PH program strives to provide comprehensive and innovative care to persons diagnosed or affected by pulmonary hypertension. We offer a multidisciplinary care team focused on clinical expertise and compassionate care of all PH patients. Our mission is to:
