How to Schedule an Appointment
We encourage you to invite family members and friends to come in for a screening. The Rasmussen Center is located on the East Bank of the University of Minnesota Campus in the Cardiovascular Center on the 3rd Floor of the Phillips-Wangensteen Building, 516 Delaware Street S.E., Minneapolis MN 55455. Appointments (individual or couple screening) can be made by calling 612-625-3600. Maps are mailed along with appointment confirmation letters.
Cost Information
Insurance has typically paid Rasmussen Center charges when appropriate referrals have been secured with no out-of-pocket expenses billed to patients after co-pays and deductibles have been met. Check with your insurance provider to determine if we are within your network and if there are referral requirements. An insurance guide is available upon request to aid in discussing our service with your insurance company
