Beyond the Cure: A Free Educational Conference on Childhood Cancer Survivorship
Purpose
This conference focuses on matters of importance to childhood cancer survivors and their families. The emphasis is on educating and empowering survivors so they are better able to advocate for themselves to lead full and productive lives. Childhood cancer survivors, their families, and health care professionals will all have the opportunity to learn about the latest research and best approaches for survivorship and wellness.
