Fairview Maple Grove Medical Center, a multi-specialty ambulatory care center, is a partnership between Fairview and University of Minnesota Physicians. Located off of Fernbrook Lane in Maple Grove, the new health care campus is open as of July 23, 2007.
UMPhysicians and Fairview have worked together to develop an innovative health care system at Fairview Maple Grove Medical Center that is patient-focused and comprehensive. This clinic model integrates the best practices of primary care, chronic disease management, and specialty services.
The new medical center offers access to world-class specialists in an environment designed around patients. "It's putting the needs of the patient in front of everybody else's needs in determining how we're going to deliver care," says Bobbi Daniels, M.D., Chief Medical Officer for the new medical center. "It's listening to patients and knowing what they need."
Fairview Maple Grove Medical Center is founded on the principle that collaboration and teamwork are the cornerstones of efficient, effective health care.
