Top Doctors Survey Recognizes University of Minnesota Physicians

The January 2008 issue of Mpls. St. Paul magazine features the results of this publication's 12th annual poll of Twin Cities doctors. In this year's survey, 73 University of Minnesota Physicians specialists were selected by their peers as "Top Doctors."

The poll asked 2500 area physicians and 2500 area nurses a single question: "When your loved ones get sick, to whom do you send them?" Their responses were tabulated across a range of categories certified by the American Board of Medical specialties.

When the votes were tallied, physicians who landed in the top fifteen percent in their respective specialties were designated as "Top Doctors." The final results show the following specialists from University of Minnesota Physicians, represented across 43 different specialties.
