Nurse Practitioner
Bio Statement
Dr. Anne Boisclair-Fahey is a pediatric nurse practitioner who practices in pediatric urology. Her clinical interests include working with children who have dysfunctional elimination syndrome characterized by urinary tract infections, constipation and daytime and nighttime incontinence.
Boisclair-Fahey is passionate about caring for children with all urologic conditions and about being an advocate for them in the school setting. Her doctoral project involved working with school nurses in 13 different Twin City schools to obtain school support of children’s urologic treatment plans in school settings with 100% success. This allowed unlimited bathroom access in school for her patients – something that is often restricted.
Many of her patients deal with quality of life issues, and once their urologic issues are resolved, their self-esteems and confidence levels improve, making them happier children.
