Neurogenic Bladder

Messages traveling between your brain and bladder tell the bladder muscles when to tighten and when to release. Disorders of the centralized nervous system can often cause a disruption in these message resulting in unwanted leakage or retention of urine.

Further damage can be done to the kidney when the bladder becomes too full, resulting in uncomfortable extra pressure and/ or infection.
