Registration fees and cancellation policy
Physicians - $200
Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners - $100
Registered Nurses - $85 (Registration is limited for Registered Nurses, sign up today to reserve your space!)

Course fee includes materials, continental breakfast and lunch. A letter of confirmation will be mailed once we have received your registration. Cancellations on or before Feb. 8, will be returned less a $10 administration fee. Cancellations after Feb.8 are non-refundable.
