Hotel arrangements
A block of rooms have been reserved through Jan. 20, 2012 for participants. Call the Westin Hotel directly at 952-567-5000, and indicate you are attending the Women’s Heart Conference, co-sponsored by University of Minnesota and Fairview Southdale Hospital, presented by University of Minnesota Physicians Heart.

Registration fee and cancellation policy
Course fee includes materials, continental breakfast and lunch. A letter of confirmation will be mailed once we have received your registration. Cancellations on or before Feb. 8, will be returned less a $10 administration fee. Cancellations after Feb. 8 are non-refundable. For questions about the conference, call 612-672-7272.
